Our Policies
I am committed to my customers and want you to be happy! I am proud to provide a unique selection of fine art and artist-designed apparel and housewares. Please understand this is a small, artist-run business, not a mass-production outfit.

Ordering Timing
Every piece is ordered to your specifications, and will take 1-2 business days to fulfill. Order may take a couple weeks for you to receive.

Exchanges and Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if the size is incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at:
karen@innervision-studio.com and send your item to: 17 Cone Hill Road, West Stockbridge, MA  01266

 You must ship the item within 14 days of your receiving it in order to qualify for a full refund, minus any shipping charges.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you paid by credit card, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 4 weeks, please contact me at

Gifts
Since I do not warehouse or hold inventory, I am unable to accept swapping out one piece of art for another.  I cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements for items that are received as gifts.
